- The Monkeys & Mermaids Indoor Playland & Outdoor Playground provides hours of fun for children under 5.
- The indoor playland in the park specifically caters for young children so that their parents and carers may have a well-earned break.
- It is suitable for children under 5 years or a max height restriction of 1.2m is in place. The outdoor playground is suitable for primary school aged children and is designed with adventure in mind.
- The playland & playground are FREE to use by BIG4 Port Fairy guests.

- Hours of fun climbing, sliding and creating the next BIG adventure
- Opening hours are 7 days a week 9-5pm (Park Guests)

What a special place for that special birthday party here are the details
- For children 5 and under
- Monday to Friday Only
- $100 for 2 hours of exclusive use of the facility. There are two time slots top choose from. 10am – 12 Midday or 12 Midday to 2pm Maximum use 2 hours.
- Package includes 8 children only
- Extra children (maximum 7) $10 per additional
- Total child capacity 15
- All children using the facility must be under 5 years of age
- Packages not available during school holiday time
